Ok , I will have to pull a box off and will probably just cut the frame off of another 65 I am parting. Is this the crossmember with the upper shock mounts attached to it. I should have but to make sure . Price will be $40. Let me know it this is ok and I will get one off.

Yes it's directly above the rear axle. $40 sounds good
