Battery cables work! (Sorry, no pics).

Work fine as I was able to test the lights. However, the cables are a bit long so I'll end up trimming them back later. That will correct the length issue and allow me to get the ends on better, the battery ends really resist being turned straight to fit onto the terminal clamps.

Leave 'em long, and you still have some decently long cables if you ever have to cut them back for corrosion later.

You haven't seen how much longer they are!

I won't cut them back immediately, not before next spring I suspect.

I will try.

(No smartphone so any pics taken with phone are crap and have to be texted to a friend and he email those back to me. That assumes the text actually makes it to him, which it often doesn't.). I have two cameras but didn't think about those yesterday.
