Oldschool82 these are for you!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you guys don't mind but, I told Oldschool82 that I would post these up for him. Excuse the dust on this beauty. She has not seen the road in almost 12 years. We are all bowtie fans here and this was my 1st. She is all factory except the paint and the steering wheel. My dad and I rebuilt this machine back in 1988.

What was the reason for parking it ? I'd couldn't let something like that sit without driving it.

I went off to college in 90' and my dad drove it sporadically until 98' (less than 100 miles). I ended up moving to the midwest in 99' and it has sat except for the occasional start up. Marriage, kids, money got in the way. Car has had less than 7000 miles put on her since 87'. Been through a couple of DD's since then and a 76' Stingray that I let go to buy my wife and engagement ring............................

Sweet ride...............take your time on that one. Greetings from a former resident of the Tarheel state.......Always nice to see a fellow truck guy that likes the 1st gen Camaros. I had an oppportunity (still do) to get a 70' for $ 1500 from an old man who sold me some rims. Needs complete resto on it.
