Exclamation 1970 backup switch manual transmission

I have the switch and wire coming from transmission(3-speed) but I don't know where the wire hooks into and under the dash where the light green wire and dark green wire connects ,the prongs are there connecting the two wires, but I don't know if there was a backup switch there and has been broke off. NEED HELP!

On my firewall engine harness it only has 4 wires (starter-purple:resistor-white:heat-green:brake-tan) it has no LG or DG coming out of the harness. The LG and DG are inside LG coming from wiring harness from rear an DG coming from fuse panel connecting together inside cab under dash, I need to know where the black wire from the transmission switch hooks into,so it can make connection with these two wires.
