Anyone replace bench seats with buckets?

I'm considering replacing my front and middle row bench seats with buckets from TMI, but with no center console. Has anyone mounted buckets in place of the bench, and if so, how did you mount them? I assume it would require drilling additional holes in the floor and using some additional hardware for the inboard mounts since no holes exist.

Thanks
-Greg

Roger Koop makes these for under the floor

and I also found this being remade that would help with the front seat.

Travis put buckets 1st & 2nd row in his as well

Re: Anyone replace bench seats with buckets?

There are quite few pickup trucks with them installed. The front floor pans are the same so that would help you with half the project. Do a search for TMI seats.

Here is one thread. Seats are near the bottom of the page.

Re: Anyone replace bench seats with buckets?

I have '72 Blazer buckets with console mounted in front. I took my two bench seats and cut them down to make buckets for the middle row.

Although I added an additional second row bracket, they still use the original mounting holes in the floor. I did have to drill a couple holes for the rear brackets
