IMO,it would have looked cooler with hole cut right over the top of the carb and an aftermarket chrome scoop on the 1 bbl.

Hello all, new here, wanted to share a few pics of my grandfathers truck. It has been in our family since new. I am currently undertaking a frame off restoration.

are these from Kodiak? Looks like the Coast Guard base.

Yes it is, but it was also Navy base back in the day. I was looking at some old photos on another site and came across these.

These are cool too. '67 Chevy trucks were used as the official trucks for 1967 Indy 500.
