Attaching Trim Molding

I’m trying to buy some new trim and figure out the best way to attach it. Is there any other ideas out there about how to fasten the trim to the body other than having to drill holes for metal clips or buying adhesive clips? I heard about this 3M tape, has anyone tried that? Thanks

Re: Attaching Trim Molding

It is brought up in this thread:

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=757051

I plan on doing it this way myself. I've used the tape on another unrelated small project, and once its pressed into place, it is extremely difficult to remove...
