ChevyDuty

Good price but SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW service.

Ordered a 4 core radiator fan shroud in July and it progressed as follows--in reverse order to due to cut & paste.

The fan shroud that you ordered is made overseas, we have a shipment coming in the 1st of Jan. My general manager says that it may or may not be on there.

Thanks

Mindy

Anyways, 6 months ATF, I received a top quality shroud and it was only $20 plus shipping. So, if you have the time, I give them an A+.

Re: ChevyDuty

I have used Chevy Duty many times....and if any time during the order process they mention that an item is back ordered, I will call off the entire order and use a different vendor, or skip that one item and proceed with the remaining items.
I have never had an order take more than 5 days with Chevy Duty.
(insert $.02 here)

Re: ChevyDuty

I have always been well pleased with Chevy Duty.
I have never had a back ordered part either though.

Everything I have order has always been top notch quality, and at a very good price in my opinion.

Re: ChevyDuty

I sometimes notice that they don't carry items that other vendors carry. I order from them, and have been pleased with the service, price, and quality of every item that I have recieved. Only takes 3 business days for me to recieve an order.

Re: ChevyDuty

I have to give 'em props. Shortyly before going overseas I ordered some parts to include new firewall padding. Upon returning I go to install them and the center was the wrong one. I called 'em up and had the right one at my door within a few days. That was pretty cool in my book considering it had been well over six months since I had ordered it.

Re: ChevyDuty

I have been very satisfied with them, never had any order mixups. Plus I live less than 1 hour away from them so I can go pick up anything that is too costly to ship. If you look closely in their catalog, some items say that they have to be dropped shipped-usually some of the bigger items. This is probably why some orders take longer because the items are shipping directly from the manufacturer as they are not kept in stock. I ordered a front disc brake conversion from them and they said it would be dropped shipped. When it arrived I noticed it is the EXACT product made by CPP. Just a heads up.
