Ordered a gauge from truckandcarshop about 2 weeks ago and it never arrived !!! i called and they never sent it !!!! told them it was a xmas present as well they didnt care1!!! i will never buy there again !!!!
they blamed it on xmas !!! i said it was 2 weeks ago !!! terrible service i know that wouldnt happen with my own customers!!!

did you cancel? I sure would have. there is no excuse for service like that.

Sorry to hear that.

I bet they didn't even have it in stock and were waiting for it to get to them still.

If they haven't shipped it I would cancel the order and buy it from somebody who cares and wants your business.

so the only time the xmas excuse works is on xmas day and thats it?

lots of people are ordering stuff from all over the world and you think that your 1 item is specail because?????????

suck that you wont have have it in time, maybe next time youll spring for the faster shipping or plan ahead better.

i thought over 2 weeks would be plenty of time for standard i didnt know they still used pony express !!!

I have bought tons of stuff from them for my old 68, and 3 others trucks in the family over the past 5 years. They are usually slow with shipping, but their prices are great and I have never had an issue with the parts.

this is where i get all my parts from, never had one problem, you just have to make sure its not a special order item or something, as far as the shipping i would know my brother lives close to the place he picks the parts up for me and brings them in town when he comes and visits. but they have good parts and not bad prices

i never order stuff too close to that holiday they are very good on customer service remember its the most busies time of the year every one is a little stiff as a bord most of the time they do a follow up call to say if its on back order i say don't count them out they use a lot of factory GM parts not that Japan crap every one else uses and if you paided with credit card check with your card company to see if your where charged and if you where wait a little longer or ask if they put tracking on the item if you don't get it call your card comapany and tell them what happened and they will refund your money
