Update on this issue. New controller installed. All back on track. Thanks to Sparky at RnD for making it happen with Derale and thanks to Eric at Derale or getting it shipped quickly.

I didn't have a Derale controller, just the single relay with temp sensor and was having issues blowing(and melting) fuses. Upgraded all and it seems to be working great.

The one thing I did notice after a lot of research and looking at a lot of wiring diagrams online, is that Derale's instructions tell you (and the kit is wired) with the fuse after the relay. Most everything else I saw had the fuse or circuit breaker between the battery and the relay.
