250cu. in. with powerglide... which flex plate?

i am replacing my worn out 292... 3-on tree. with a brand new 250cu.in. crate engine and a fresh powerglide from a 65-66 c10. my question is which flex plate? and converter do i use?
any help ? thx dave

i thank you for your responce, my question is ? is the 230 flexplate the same as 250 flexplate?

The 230 & 250 use the same flexplate. Use a converter for the power glide & a flex plate to match. The small block v-8s used the same flex plate were it bolts to the engine but I'm not sure if the bolt pattern to the converter will fit.

There are 2 diameters of flexplates for the I6 and V8's. The 153 tooth 12-3/4" and the 168 tooth 14". You will need the correct starter for the diameter of flexplate that you choose.
