Those look like 8-lug Centerline drag racing style wheels. They look good.

Re: Who's got pics of their cool 8 lug wheels?

Hey I could use one of those hubcaps until I can raise enough to buy a set of wheels.

Dieseleater and Joesjunk, I'm gonna pass on those slots.

Hey Dieseleater, I finally got the gas tank installed ... it drives pretty good.

Keep those wheel pics coming.

Re: Who's got pics of their cool 8 lug wheels?

I dont run these on my 71, but tried them just for fun. They look pretty good!! I run them on my 2003 Duramax. They are 16x8 Mickey Thompson Challenger's. Too bad they dont make them any more!

Re: Who's got pics of their cool 8 lug wheels?

with 72freak. They look excellent on that 72. I'd kill for a set of those Challengers, or some aluminum slots/turbines, or some 16x8 widened steel wheels.

Re: Who's got pics of their cool 8 lug wheels?

First let me say, it's great to see so many proud 3/4 ton owners showing off their wheels.

Second, Oldiron what size rims and tires are those?

Thanks

I like the turbines like Dean and the slots like diesel eater. but if I was going to go new it would be KMC diesels.

Re: Who's got pics of their cool 8 lug wheels?

Here's some better pics of the slots. They need polishing, and yes they've been on a few wheeling adventures. Since I use the truck for pulling now...I'm going to a stronger set-up, i.e......steel wheels and standard lug nut.

Here's a pic with my new wheels. They're Rockcrawlers, I forget the model. 16x8, 4.25" backspacing, 265/70/R16 tires...
