Th350 broken vacuum modulator bracket tab

Driving down the road after a fluid change all of the sudden I'm spewing fluid all over the road. After a $60 towing bill and time to get around to examining I find my issue. Vacuum modulator, and bracket both missing. Assuming the bolt bracked out however, the tab apparently broke at some point in the trucks life and was simply bonded back on. What's the best possible way to reattach it as its simply a 1/4 wide piece of threads and I plan on doing a 700r4 swap in a few months.
