I have what looks to be a very similar mount on my truck. 1969, C60, 427TD, front motor mount. I posted a picture with the U outlined in yellow on the motor and another picture for reference where it bolts to. There are 2 rubber motor mounts that bolt through the two holes I also outlined in yellow in the picture with the motor out. Hopefully this is what you were asking for.

my 88 gmc 7000 366 bbc has one like it for the front of the engine mounting to the frame .
