Radiator support information needed

I plan on putting a 1968 front clip on my 1972 Blazer.

I may have found a set of 1968 fenders and hood. I know I need a new latch and center grill support.

Will my radiator support I have work with the 1968 hood and fenders? Anything else I should try to find?

Thanks
Mark

I’m pretty sure the fender mounting points are different for one thing . The complete radiator core support from a 67/8 is completely different from a 69 up core support . I’m pretty sure both hood latches mount differently too .

Headlight buckets in a different location too. I seem to remember someone modifying on to fit. I think it's a lot easier to get the right one.

If you type "67-68 core support differences" (without the quotes) into the Google search box at the top of this page, click on the circle in front of "67-72chevytrucks.com" and click on the Google button there are a lot of threads about the subject.

And I spent an hour or more yesterday after doing that search and still did not find any answers. I could have sworn I read about some using one or the other? Just don't want to search for a radiator support if I can find a way to use mine?

I DID NOT use the exact wording you did. Finding more information, thanks.

Thanks

Good deal. Yes, the wording can make a lot of difference.

I think there is also a different in the amount of washers at the bottom attaching point too. One sits lower than the other.
