I burned up a Black and Decker 1/4" drill doing that in 1985 when I did the first build on mine. I bought a compressor so I could run a 4" DA. Then got tired of waiting for the air to build and, when I got my shop, got a real compressor. Good to see the kid diving in, my grand son kind of petered out...

Got some new tires for the apache, pulled it out to install spotlights and start some metal patch work as well now that this damn nor cal heat has come to an end along with the WASPS!

i bet your hand is still vibrating from that palm sander hey? How long did it take to strip that bed side? I stripped a fender with one and it took 35 minutes with 100 grit. My hand was feeling it for a day afterwards. The progress is looking good man. What are the final plans for a color on this lowrider?

Lol my nephew had stripped it this sunmer but i never epoxied it so pops resanded it for me. Im not even sure about the colors yet, two tone but no clue yet maybe something simple n easy.
