Cool 4.3 Engine and 5 Speed Tranny

I have a 4.3 and 5 speed from my 90 silverado that i have no need for.The engine has 30k on it(was a crate motor)and the tranny has 100k on it.It runs great and i drive the truck on the weekends.Im going to a big block and dont have a use for this
setup.make offer in interested,Thanks

im wondering on shipping to 08879 in NJ and is thre a factory warranty on the motor thats transferrable? i understand crates come with a 3 year 50K warranty
