Steven -- The last truck in your line up has the Torq Thrust's on it. This looks like one I found in an article a while ago called "WALLET EATER" . That guy was doing some great custom stuff to his truck in and out. Custom dash, suicide doors and in the weeds. He had a site all set up with pics and a blow by blow on the whole process. I've looked all over for it again and can't bring it up. Can you confirm or deny my suspicion of that being the "Wallet Eater "? Did you by chance see the site I'm talking about and possibly lock it in favorites to keep up with the progress? If so, would you post it so I can get caught up. Thanx

Yes, that's the Wallet Eater (links in sig below). However, wheels are Eagle 211's... I've got some changes I'll be making to the bed in the fairly near future and will be moving up to 18" TTII's in their place.

Thanx for the comeback Ken ! I've wondered for some time about your progress. Did the door deal ever get worked out ? Seems the Autoloc hinges were a problem. Again, you inspired me to rip into mine and thanx for that. Mac

17" slots!

I was cruising the American Racing web site and in their vintage line they have reintroduced the Ansen slot. They have them fully polished in 17"s . I haven't seen them installed on anything yet but I think they would look sweet.

Same goes for the Torq-Thrust II's. Here's a photoshop drop of my new '63 Lincoln Continental with a set of them.

Definiteley like the Chevelle, just need some molding on the side or patch up the holes! It looks sweet though.

Ya that picture was from when I color sanded it. Did not have any of the moldings back on from when it was painted.

that lincoln is SEXY!!!

and as for your photochop, if I were you, I think I'd reverse the colors. It's JMO, of course, but I don't like 2 tones where the darker color is on top, it makes the car or truck look too top heavy. Now, black with a grey lid? sexy.
