You guys are killing me.

I offered to help back in April or when ever this whole thing started. The crazy thing is I sell insurance and they have let policies cancel for non-payment only to cost them more money when all the had to do is sell me the car. I just kind of got tired of jacking with the guy.

Bring a big trailer and get you some rock and a Malibu!
My buddy bought one in about the same shape for a grand and it wasn't origional drivetrain. He spent about a month working on the body and painted it silver with black stripes. Ebay-ed it for $6500.00 and the paint was a 10-15 footer. You didn't go wrong unless the sub frame is toast.

This one runs 9.3's. It was at autorama this year and blew me away.

Wheel to wheel powertrain built it and you can most likely look it up on the internet. Your car certainly reminded me of it.
I saw this car in Memphis at the HOT ROD Pump Gas. The car was the ultimate sleeper.

$700.00 for the car is a good deal. Goodmark has all the parts you need.

Re: 71 Chevelle pics WIW????

The owner came into the office today. He said once it cools down (still 90 degrees here in the day) he will move the sh*t blocking the car so I can get it out of the woods. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me. I hope he is sincere! This is the longest I have ever had to work on a car deal. When I bought my 72 SWB it took some sweet talking to get him to let it go but nothing like this deal. Anyways wish me luck.
