I've got the Dynomax 86118 and I had to modify both motor mounts. I love the headers though. I think there are different mounts. Some have a large hump like mine had and some are flat. I have seen both.

I'm using uncoated Headmans, they went right on and I've only had to tighten them once. They sound good but I'm probably going to change over to somthing a little better and coated.

Hooker Competition---not coated

I don't really like 'em. I had to notch the frame with a plasma to make 'em fit. Plus they have a leak somewhere where the collector welds on.

I'll be looking for something else next time.

Coated headers

Just some info might be relevent? Had problems with exhaust cracking on AH64 Apache helicopters. Original were wrapped with insulation (just hid the cracks) Removed insulation and sent 20 out for ceramic coating and found they lasted 4 times as long as uncoated.

Point is ceramic coating allows metal to cool evenly. Also need coating inside and out.
