WTB Factory 4x4 steering arm

Hello,

I have 1969 4x4 Blazer and am looking for a factory height steering arm. The PO installed a steering arm for a lift and it is too high and results in bump steer. The steering arm that I am looking for attaches to the top of the driver side knuckle with three studs and then connects to the drag link with a tie rod end. I can provide a picture if necessary. Thanks.

Hi Jess, finally getting back to you, sorry for the delay. This is the factory steering arm, I have several of these trucks, and they all have the same arm, with the same numbers cast into them. Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Thank you Bonestock. I was able to find one off a 1980 1/2 ton truck. It has different casting numbers, but appears to be identical to your pics.

Is that steering arm available? I'm in the process of removing the lift from my 71 K1500 and will be in need of a stock steering arm.

Tim, The stock 71' is gone. I have a stock 73 available, IDK if that will work for you. Ken

Re: WTB Factory 4x4 steering arm

Are the 73 arms the same design and exactly like the 67-72 steering arms? Is IDK a brand name? If they are the same, what do you want for it? Thanks, Tim

Tim, The arms are almost identical with the exception that the 71' arm drops below the steering knuckle and the 73' is pretty much level with it. IDK is shorthand for I don't know. If the 73' works I'd do $35 shipped in a USPS plastic envelope. Ken

Re: WTB Factory 4x4 steering arm

I'll take it providing the 3 machined bolt holes match up exactly to the 67-72 steering arms. I think I can live with a small difference in the height of the arm. PM me your paypal address and I'll get you paid. Thanks, Tim
