Pics of blue trucks interiors please

I bought another truck. A 1972 GMC Sierra Grande long bed that needs a total restore. I havent picked it up yet but I believe she is a good original candidate. My first big block with a 402. Will be picking brains later for what to do to it for a little boost.
The truck has original blue interior. I'm thinking I may go back with a medium/dark blue with a little metallic on the exterior. Medium silver metallic on the top of cab (in lieu of factory medium blue with white top).
I would like to see interiors of grey or tans and browns if anyone has one. I know grey is a safe bet but I always liked the saddle brown. Don't know how that would look with exterior having a little silver.
I know I'm getting ahead of myself by leaps. I just like to have a vision in my head first. With a vision all the in between stuff is for a bigger purpose.

My 2 cents
You are buying the highest model truck
That has a big block to boot

If you change the exterior And the interior
It will devalue the most valuable optioned truck
I see Cheyenne Supers and Sierra Grandes trying to be sold that have been painted different colors and modified inside. They just sit.
On the other hand, ones that are in stock configuration disappear very quickly.
Maybe you are not looking at the resale issues because you are building it for yourself. I get that, and I am not trying to change your mind. (It’s your truck)
However, you said it is ‘a good original candidate ‘
Just make sure you do your research before you start changing the most desirable truck

Here are stock interiors

Chevy land. I get that and I know where your coming from. This won't be a flip, it's for me.
I have one know that I tried to stay true to form with original and would like to customize one with taste. Although I agree my taste.
I very well may do it all original but this will be my truck until something changes years from now, if ever.
I have looked at several custom jobs for sale and passed. The trucks are all done and someone customized to their taste and looking for big money because they think others will appreciate. I get what your saying.
I vision a mid 70's paint scream on a 72. I had a Beau James back in the day and the blue/silver had a eye appeal. It had blue interior. Maybe safe

The white/parchment is growing on me and can never go wrong with black. Black is just a little toasty in the summer.

Yeah, black seats in Texas is a no go for me. I will be painting my truck blue and white also when ready. Once mine is needing a seat (currently in reassembly mode ) I will go back with my parchment bench and door panels, but don't know which way to go on the dash pad and carpet. I really love the parchment bucket seats too but they will have to wait...
