I took the radiator out and cleaned the neck area. I used some solder that I've had a long time that had flux in the center. I got it all back together and started it up. No leak. I'll paint it later.
My alternator seems to be making a whistling noise. Go figure.

You know what that means don't you. Bearings and it is sceaming to be replaced.

Thats not necessarily the truth. It could be the belt. Chuck you should try and tighten it and see if it helps.
