Re: Door Assembly...the EASY way
Thanks guys, I am making a tool this weekend to remove the door window whiskers....its real simple, a piece of 3/16 flat bar with a notch in it, will make it easy to slide along the upper door to locate the clips, drop a bit to engage, the slot will prevent missing the clip when dropping down. Post a picture when I get it made.

Re: Door Assembly...the EASY way
I followed these instructions this weekend for both doors. Great instructions! I got a Craftsman #4 Phillips 3/8" drive bit from my local Sears, Item # 00944373000 Model # 44373 to handle the door latch screws. An impact driver with the #4 bit worked perfectly.

Re: Door Assembly...the EASY way
The lower channel that I refer to is the one at the back of the window. Held in by 3 screws. One is located above the latch and 2 are side by side under the door panel at the rear of the door. You remove it along with the weatherstrip that starts at the top of the window openening and runs all the way around and down into the door into the "rear run channel"
