Yeah it’s definitely an oddball. Not sure where they got the 4wd idea from? I don’t know for sure what the z62 option includes but I was reading here

That it’s necessary in order for it to be a real highlander. And with this having the Z62 and the Z11 color code I’m reading it to be the blue plaid seat covers.

Yep it’s an original Highlander - but clearly not a 4x4. Not sure why it’s asvertised as such. Also, highlander trim was only offered on C10-30, not Ks.

Nope, no connection at all. Z62 is just a trim level that groups things like cloth seat cover (not houndstooth though, usually referred to as Custom Cloth on a SPID at the YE9 level), Deluxe emblem, etc. in 71-72, trim levels progress upward from Custom (base, not on the SPID), to Custom Deluxe (Z62), to Cheyenne (Z84), to Cheyenne Super (YE9). Z84 was Custom Sport Truck pre-1971, but that terminology did bleed over into some 71 Cheyennes on the SPID. Z84 was the highest trim level pre-71. Custom Deluxe was also the only trim level with which the highlander trim option could be ordered (i.e. just the seat cover or the promo package trucks).
