1968 yard stick from Chevrolet dealer in Illinois

Here is a fun, off beat piece to lay in the seat of your truck at a car show.

If you have a '68 or grew up in the city listed on the yardstick - or better yet both - what a conversation piece!!

Asking $20 shipped - with shipping what it is it's possible you are paying for the postage and I am giving you the yardstick at this price.

Oh well, want to see it end up in the hands of someone who remembers the dealership or is from Illinois and owns a 1968 C10.

Yard stick!, A good quality American Made wood stick, wish someone back in my second grade told the nunn it was used for measuring, I was INNOCENT!, I was FRAMED!, lol, well I was. That goes the same in the 4th grade, a pointer stick, not properly used, lol, that one broke, nothing wrong with the quality either. At least in first grade the nunn used my own two hands on my face, yeah my hair was touching my collar, anyone remember the Shag haircuts, yeah mom was a big fan of that Bobby Shermen , I think all the moms knew him in those days, lol and that was only the second day of school, big changes from public kindergarten, we had show and tell,,, I bought in a puppy, lol. Sorry about my babbling on, flashbacks every time I hear or see a yardstick, lol. Very cool yardstick, good price.

There was an Egizio Chevy in Joliet, Il. when I was growing up. I think their name changed to Phillips later on

I collect odd antique stuff. My age wouldn’t allow me to know of that dealership however I do live in Joliet, Illinois not too far from Naperville and I own a 1968 C10 1/2 ton. I’ll take it for $20!

Jay,

Payment sent, I added a little extra for your time. It's definitely a neat piece of auto history!

Thanks,

Brandon
