here's my ride on 33s, they were junk so I have 31s and late model Chevy 15x8 steelies. I too am looking for some tall skinny tires for the stock look, like 34x9.5 if that exists. It's not lifted but it sits higher than a 71 K10 a guy I know has and he has 33s I think.

This is what I use when the going gets tough. This is a 40 year old full page photo that was published in Four Wheeler Magazine. I still own the Jeep and it’s changed little. Still powered by a sbc and a 1954 4 speed Hydramatic transmission.

I like it. Good to see you've kept it all these years. I thought I have owned my bronco for a long time (22 yrs).

Re: stock 4x4 pics...anyone?
I'll bet your Bronco's a lot nicer though. I've been thinking about rebuilding the Jeep for a long time but it always gets put back on the back burner.
I've owned my 1970 c/10 for 35 years. It's now a 3/4 ton 4x4. I don't trade vehicles very often. I just modify them to do what I want them to do. The only problem with that is it ruins their collector value. Last edited by jacobs; 10-19-2006 at 10:44 AM. |
