Thumbs down Koss Bass Tube

I got a koss bass tube on sale back when I got my 1980 chevy. It is an 8" sub with a built in 200 watt amp. I put it in and it died after about 4 months of use. We got a new one under warrenty (took nearly 2 months to get it). We put the new one in and it didn't last much more than 3 months. Thinkered around got it working, the it died. The wires got cut by the seat latch. Hooked the wires back up, worked for a night, then died.

It has been such a pile that I have given up on it already. Can't do anything more with that built in amp then check that all connections are good, but even then, you put it back together, it works for a short while and dies.

Avoid the koss bass tube, its JUNK!
