My 71 factory setup doesn't have it either. The block on the master cylinder is just a distribution block & brake light hookup and not a porportioning valve. Disc to disc and drum to drum don't need them.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
