Ebay 1972 Napco 4x4 listed in hubcaps and trim

Guess nobody saw this. Since it was listed wrong. I have never seen another 1972 listed for sale. Makes you wonder how many are actually left...

That's pretty cool. I have a friend that has a 72 napco that he bought from the city we live in about 25 years ago.

Brings back memories of the '71 C/30 NAPCO conversion I had. It was stolen about 25 years ago. Hubcaps? What hubcaps??

What's the vacuum diaphragm thingy handing off the passenger frame rail? Looks like the front driveshaft needs a little work.

OE spiral shocks too.

It looks like this was quite a truck! Mine was a typical SRW C/30 conversion and this one looks like the HD version with 11,000# rear axle, which also meant under floor booster that vented up through floor on driver side. Looks like it had Budds up front as well as dual in rear. Isn't that an HO110 rear? They are usually 10-lug. Never seen an 8-lug. Either my eyes are fooling me or that is a rare and exceptional set-up. Correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe that is an HO72 after all. The HO110 is a monster

Well, that was a mighty noble thing to do. You couldn't go wrong with grabbing it, then figuring out what to do with it. Been there, done that.
