Inline Tube brake line sets

Thinking of ordering a full set for my ‘79 K20. The listing in their catalog says “3/4 ton longbed”, and they have an axle set only that says “corporate 14 bolt”. But I think an advertised 3/4 ton had the FF or the SF axle that year, and maybe even a 12 bolt. Called their tech line and they had no idea. I have a full floater. Has anybody gone down this road? I don’t want to order and have it not fit. I ordered a set for a ‘72 K10 burb years ago and they fit perfectly. Thanks

Re: Inline Tube brake line sets

It has been 2 many years ago.

Probably 25 years ago.

I ordered and installed a full set on a 78 C20 with a 14 bolt and it fit perfect.

The long tube was bend in half for shipping purposes.

It was easily fitting into shape.

The 1979 K20 was only available with the 10.5" full floater 14 bolt rear axle.

Re: Inline Tube brake line sets

I got a set from them for my 1978 C20 and it fit perfectly, as did the one for my 1977 Big 10 many years ago, and the set for my 1997 K2500 Suburban - have not installed the set on my 1978 K25 yet, but from past experience they will fit fine. I only once had an issue with lines from InLine Tube and that was a set of transmission lines for a 1996 Tahoe - they did not have the flaring to attached to the transmission, they sent me a new set right away!

There is a 9.5" semi-floater 14-bolt installed on later 3/4-ton trucks, but that should not make a difference in the axle lines, the brake drum size would.
