Could be. But the frame still had the spring cups on it when I purchased it. I wonder if you are seeing the boxing of it? Not discounting your observation, I'm appreciative for the help.

I should also clarify that when the bed is setting on the front two mounts, the rear two will need shims to touch. Not like the cab, but 3/8s or so.

No problem. You would just have to compare it to a known stock frame.

Clarifying- If you have a wood bed floor. Some picture of inside the bed at the front might be helpful in determining if the wrong cross sills are used and/or the bed is put together correctly.

It is a metal floor. Supposed to be a new bed, by the bottom side of it and the over all shape I believe it. No road grime/dents at all. If the cross sills are any shorter, the smaller cross beams will contact the frame.

Were you able to make heads or tails on anything last night?
Could you get shots from your wheel well, with the tire off, of the side of the frame at each cross sill contact point?

I haven't sorted it out yet. It will be tomorrow before I can get pictures, but I'll get them.

All ideas are appreciated. I'm about to pull my hair out.
