New Here!! Just sayin Hey!!!

This is my latest project. I havent got to far on it yet. I'm still matching the patina on the black door, and plan on shortening the bed and frame two feet, five lug conv., power steering/brakes, and wide whites. This should be done by summer (I hope). I am also testing wheel color and I'm still not sure. Any thoughts? Thanks

This one is my DD. (1964) The 65 should look similar to this one, but with the natural patina. Hope to pull it all off soon (time & money) The 65 will get the gas tank relocation as well. Tell me what you think.

Welcome to the forum

Your '64 looks good and I'm sure your '65 will as well. Is there a reason you're going to shorten it 24" instead of the typical 20" ?

Re: New Here!! Just sayin Hey!!!

My buddy does the fab work, the gray truck was his, then I bought it. I wanted the same look on the 65. When asked how much he shortened it, He said 2ft. Now, he also might have said around two feet. I will need to ask again when he helps with this one. Thanks
