Judging by your other post...I'm guessing you're looking for the corvette/car looking rally wheels with the 5 oval slots?

I was snooping through pics when you posted this, you're prolly right, but I don't like car wheels on trucks, so....

You speak words of wisdom.
I am interested in seeing what the old style 5 slots Rally's look on our trucks. I had a 70 Chevelle with Rally's and was wondering if the Corvette Rallys were of the same design.

Then the thought came to me ... what would our trucks look like with these style Rally's. I haven't come up with many pics yet.
Thanks

what was the rear bumper of the red truck off of and how was it mounted? Looks good...how the black lines up with the trim and has a chrome lower and is also still functional...

The rear bumper was from a '92 Suburban that I put a roll pan on, the brackets I made were just 3/16 plate drilled out as the frame lined right up with the bumper mount location, the overall width was spot on; pretty much even with the boxsides.

Re: I would like to see trucks with slotted Rally's

I like the look of the 5 slotted Rally's on these trucks.
My front TT rims on my truck will not work as I have the wrong BS and I have damaged the front rims. I will need a 1/2" to 3/4" BS for the fronts. I am still doing some research before I make a decision.

I might change to Rallys.

Thanks for the pics!

Re: I would like to see trucks with slotted Rally's

The wheels you are referring to are generally identified as car rallyes. There were other style rallyes made by GM as well, but the 5 slots are the more popular ones and came on the most cars. Truck rallyes is what we call the ones made for...trucks! All rallyes have slots, although the type that came on Rallye Novas,Camaro SS396,etc where more of a square hole:
http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...mUwisvc5deX2qQ
There were also spoke-type but usually known by other names like Z28 wheels or SS wheels or 5-spoke rallyes:
http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...Q44j7A85NZzEpA
I wish they'd make Pontiac rallyes in a truck pattern:
http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...-sLZw83DEU0seA
These are all from this era. There were later styled wheels known as rallyes, but we won't get into all that

Re: I would like to see trucks with slotted Rally's

I think jhowes sons blazer had corvette rallies on it, but cant find his board name in the list

I think they look good on a lifted 4WD, might have a set made up at vintage wheels

They do make the Pontiac Rally II's in the 5x5" pattern for early 70's Catalina's and Bonneville's but they are only 6" or maybe 6.5" wide for the big pattern wheels instead of 7" that most of them are for GTO's and Firebirds.

I spoke with them last night and shipping may be a deal breaker. $36 per wheel. Ouch. Seemed like a bunch of nice guys though

When I get the BS calculated on the front wheels I will give them a call and see what the final price will be. I might just go through Jegs and just pick them up to save shipping.

This time I want to get the BS right.

Thanks all for the info.
