Insurance question
I have a decent, not-super-nice, fairly low option/trim 1972 K10.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=611042 I recently had a plow put on the truck, just to plow my own driveway of about 200 yards. I've been using Geico to cover the truck, and I was driving it quite a bit. However, my kid started school so I am not driving the truck nearly as much as I was. What I want to do is transfer the insurance over to someone like Hagerty that will give me some kind of guaranteed value vs. book value. Hagerty says they won't cover anything that gets used for plowing. Does anyone know of another insurance company that would cover me? Basically, I am looking to drive the truck less than 1000 miles a year, use for plowing only on my own property, and have some kind of agreed value policy. The alternative is probably just to drop the insurance altogether and see if my homeowner's will cover it. |

Re: Insurance question
Plain and simple, don't tell them!
American Collector's Insurance is another classic car insurance company. https://americancollectors.com/contact
