Now that's the way a transaction should be handle, with professionalism. It's nice to hear these kinds of stories when lately all we have seen are deals turned sour

Your right Zoomy is a GREAT guy!! He's been here once and coming back again all the way from Wisconsin, maybe I can get him to fly out here and we can go around looking for trucks in the plane!!!
