Project Sellers Remorse

Hello all, I am a former member under user name BigBlu_72 but year of inactivity and multiple email addresses has lead to a new username and a new project.

In 2010ish I sold my 72 GMC Jimmy and regretted it ever since. My mom often jokes that the men in my family suffer from sellers remorse rather than buyers remorse bc my Dad ( some may remember him as Owner/operator of Chevy Dukes) consistently complained about the regret he had from selling his 72 K5. So fast forward to 2019, and I have a chance to rewrite a mistake, enter Sellers Remorse my new to me 1971 GMC Jimmy. This is a major project and will be slow going but I’ll document everything as I get it done! No goals no plans just see where the build takes me.

The first two picture are if my first GMC the last is if Seller Remorse

I really dig the blue!!! I'm kinda nostalgic about it as I'm sure you can tell. I think that I've already set my mind on 1966 Aztec Bronze and White top.

Did find out that my truck was a Division of forestry truck and was factory dark green
