'86 Diesel Swap Project: Serpentine Parts Question

Hi all-
would appreciate some feedback from anyone who knows-

I have a 1986 High Sierra 6.2L rust bucket without a/c and will be transferring the engine and 700r4 transmission, dual exhaust and drive shaft into a 1986 Sierra Classic with power steering/brakes and a/c.

The Classic heavy half body/frame is in great shape but has a 305 gasser and 350 turbo transmission so nothing there is compatible with what I need.

I can get all the serpentine parts and brackets from a 1997 C2500 and was wondering if this will work or do I need to stick with a pre-'96 6.5L for the serpentine pully's and mounting brackets/parts I will need?

I do not intend to go with a turbo, just need the a/c and power steering/brakes. The 6.2 is currently without a/c so no bracket for that even if I keep the belt system and would need a different alternator mount compatible with a/c anyways and they are tough to find (have not and tried).

Thanks for your knowledge and time.

IIRC the 96 up uses a different compressor. Also dont forget to swap the hydraboost.
