What is the protocol if we've scheduled time out of town since the original sign-ups? We're hearing out for a week in Early June.

I let Mr. TexasLS1 know I can't take Monroe from June 11 through 19th (or if I get him right before that he is going to run the I-95 from NC right up to ME)
