OK so if your a Professional, you can say "C" tools are crap and cheap, etc. But if you are just a weekender don't dare disagree with the pro's. I don't get it.

BTW I have Popular Mech and Stanley in my toolbox. Some Craftsman. I used to have Snap on tools, but my brother scattered them while I was stationed in Hawaii.

Craftsman choice for over 30 years......
I know of guys going to garage sales just to find damaged one to exchange for new .....

No Krue, I never said dont disagree with a pro. Some people here seem to think that Snap On and other companies have " tricked" , " conned" or even " brainwashed" us into buying their product. I just dont get that. I do have Craftsman tools at home, however I dont use them every day. If I did, I would be spending more time going to the mall than working with them. Opinions are like...well you know, everyone has at least one.

The rest is pretty much "Crapsmen" (including two roll-away tool chests). My electrical tools are a combo of cheapy auto parts store jewels, harbor freight garbage, and accupro(?). My machinist tools (I used to be one) are pretty much Starret with a few Mitutoyo mixed in. Now they gather rust/dust. My woodworking tools are almost exclusively Dewalt (exept for a B&D cirlcular saw my father in law gave me for Christmas). If I could afford it my automotive tool collection would be almost exclusively Snap-on. So my prefference would be "Snap-on". My wallet says "Craftsmen".
