67 Floor bumps

Can anyone identify the 2 humps and the zigzag area in the center of the floor
close to the gas tank? Do they serve a purpose if so do you know what?

That is where the jack handle and lug wrench fit. There should be 3 brackets and a long spring that hold them in place....
