Can anyone identify any of these brackets?

the one in middle top row looks like a 6 cyl alt bracket

I believe The bottom left one is Mounted to the back of the engine And is meant to be used for taking the engine out of the vehicle.

could that first one on the top row be the cradle for the p steer pump on a 250?

The bottom one I have seen a number of times. It's always bolted on to a V8 motor that comes from GM. The factory uses them for lifting purposes.

Go to any GM dealer that sells crate motors. There will be one (or two) bolted on the upper side of the motor (even on motors that are crated....not just skidded).
