Cab part question

Hey gents the part that attaches to the floor by bolt, and is spot welded to the back of the cab, which I presume is for bracing for the back of the cab, are these in every cab? hopefully a picture attached. My apology for filching some ones photo off here.
Anyway, I'm putting a new floor in my cab and I noticed my cab doesn't have one. Someone cobbled up the back of my cab and may have left them off. What is this part called?

Thanks
