All of the trucks, to the best of my knowledge. I see them more on the 80’s. But they go in the engine room, left side.

This style was on the 80"s and up. The jack was on the left side, on the fender, like the photo above. The earlier models, the jack placement was on the right side. But I'm not sure if the holder was used, or not. But yes, it is factory issue.

I’m not positive but I think that is 85 and up. My bill’s 84 has a label that shows the jack on the passenger side near the battery.

Yes, correct. My 84 the jack is on the right side too. I got an inner fender from an 85, there wasn't a 2nd hole for a jack. I too measurements from the old inner fender before I took it out, I'll drill the hole and mount my jack on the right side again.
