If you like them, I used to write a lot of them, haven't in a while. But a few places where you can find more of them are https://www.autobody101.com/content/...ics-of-basics/

And http://www.autobodystore.com/martinsr.shtml

Always love your write ups. I have kind of a dumb question. How long can you shelf the intermixed paint. Say for example you need to repair something a couple months down the road. Still good to stir and spray?

I generally farm out bodywork and paint because of a personality flaw(patience is a virtue, and something I lack for prep work). But I think I will paint this truck myself.

Thanks again for spending your time to write.

Many many months even years for the paint is fine, the hardener is another story if it's been opened you just don't want to keep it that long. Many months is still ok but you are pushing it in my opinion.

Slammed, I know you're also an SPI follower. Everything I hear there, is to go SS with black. I'll be spraying my dad's car with SPI ss black in a couple months, I'll keep you posted! I might do my 57 bc/cc just to compare the two.
