Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

Someone needs to buy this. It’s too nice to be sitting in my garage.

Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

I agree, someone needs to buy that. I would, except that shipping would be killer, and I already have two.

I have a Luverne and one just like this one here. One of the two is going onto my truck (probably the latter because it looks nicer). After I hit a dog in 2012 with my daily driver I realized my truck's 1971 grill insert would not fair as well.

You might just have to put it onto your own truck....there isn't much interest in grill guards man. Have you tried a "swap meet" near where you live? That would save the shipping for someone.

Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

My budget would allow me 500 bucks all in if you get desperate and just have to have it out of your garage =)

(And if it works on a 68 Chevy)

Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

This is a nice piece, as in a stand-out piece. So it isn't cheap. Parts like this always sell once the right person with the right need comes along. Sometimes they are right there and sometimes it takes time to connect. It's only been a month.

Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

I definitely wasn’t trying to insult your price or imply the value wasn’t there. I was just throwing an offer out I could afford. What’s the worst that can happen?

Interested, would that be correct for a 67 GMC 4x4?

Re: OE brush guard - excellent shape

A few year ago I would have been. I have a 67 and 68 Chevy. I have a guard on the 68 and the 67 is a cst with chrome bumper. If I was in your area I would be pretty tempted to get it,
