67 c10 hood on a 70?

I really like the 67 hood, can I use this on my 70? I'm building a restomod so I don't care about correctness, but I really like the 67 hood and grill. Thanks.

To use the '67/'68 hood you basically have to change the whole front clip. At least that's the easy way to do it..... There are threads on here about just using the hood but it is a lot of work and you have to be pretty good at sheet metal work to pull it off.

As lock doc said, you need the entire front clip. Hood, fenders, radiator support and grille.

You can modify the hood to fit with 70 parts it’s to long so you have to shorten the front it’s a nice subtle mod that actually looks super cool just not easy I believe there was a write up from lfd

If you change out all your sheet metal so you can use a 67-68 style hood you can no longer use your 70 grill, only 67-68 grill.

That's fine, I like the 67 nose better than the 69-70 and Thanks, I appreciate all the knowledge. I've restored Gto's, firebirds, chevelles, I had a 69 I just sold and fell in love with these pickups. I'm just getting started on this project and I'll post some pics in a month or 2.
