56" spring swap thread

can any some one please point me to a informative 56" rear spring swap thread? can I swap sides with the ORD shackle flip with 4" shackles and get the desired length for 56" springs and proper shackle angle? I don't want more than 5" of lift. or do you have to redrill frame? thank you in advance!

Re: 56" spring swap thread

Pretty sure you need to re drill the rear hangers. I think the fronts stay put though.
