Cool, free wrench.
Its not holding anything, it is on the nut for the bolt of the crossmember. It is wedged against the frame due the rotatation of tightening that bolt. Take a hammer and hit that wrench upwards to knock it off the nut and put that in your tool box.  (or loosen that bolt, and it will come right off.

Haha thanks, it worked ! At first i was cautious because i was like "Hmm if i remove it something will probably fall out then my dad will get mad at me" haha, im 17 and he just got me the truck! Thanks for helping me out tho ! Appreciate it John

lol i have one rusted, to the bolts on my rear bumper bracket, swear its from 1972 its so rusty.
