Re: My Portland swap meet purchase.

Awesome looking truck just as it is. X2 on the specs of the wheels, they look great, guessing 18s look nice and meaty. Do you know what headers those are?

Re: My Portland swap meet purchase.

Hey guys the specs on the tires are rear 255 50 17's and the fronts are 245 45 17's. And a couple guys wanted some pics of the iterior so here you go. It goes in for the out of country inspection tomorrow so wish me luck, the last truck I brought up from the states they picked apart so we will see.

Re: My Portland swap meet purchase.

You shouldn't need an out of country inspection because the truck is over 15 yrs old and doesn't have to go through RIV. You should only need an Out of Province.

Re: My Portland swap meet purchase.

Good Luck with the Inspection ( Provincial, I am assuming) and I hope you do not get some Rice Rocket loving person who has no idea what a classic truck is doing the Inspection. Do you have your own Alberta Government Inspection Staions there cause here in Saskatchewan we take them to private garagres, for example Canadian Tire ? Please post how you make out with the inspection as I'm very curious.

Re: My Portland swap meet purchase.

Well I just picked up my truck and all they called it for was a steady bearing so we should be good to go for the summer. I think when I put the 700r4 in it I'am going to put a one piece drive shaft in. The guys I took the truck to were great to deal with.
